ALEBBAN tinghir: Brève visite du gouverneur sous titre; menaces, accusation et tentations !!!

Know about: MOVEMENT: ON THE ROAD 96 (ImiDer) MOVEMENT: ON THE ROAD 96 (ImiDer) is a democratic, pacific and social Movement denouncing the policies of marginalization and discrimination undertaken by the Metallurgical Society Imider (SMI). The complicity of local and provincial authorities against the people of the commune rural of Imider (around 8,000 people) merging of seven villages. The movement on the road’96, the only legitimate representative of the community of Imider, which is engaged in an open sit-in near the main supplier of the silver mine by water, located on Mount Alebban tank, since 1 August 2011 to claim their socio-economic rights including: provision of stable posts of work for youth in the company, drinking water, health, social and environmental rehabilitation. As well as the release of all political prisoners starting by Ouchtoubane Mustapha and the removal of all threats and intimidations against activists from the same cause by the authorities. Movement on the road’96_Imider_ take its name from the militancy station of 1996, when the population organized a sit-in near by the wall of “Target” which has been exploiting by the Metallurgical Society of Imider (SMI) since 1986 without any legal basics. In addition, the habitants refused drilling the wall because of its great negative impact on their farms especially “Agriculture” which has been the only resource of living of the population, also great impact of the toxic substances which are using in mine as: the prohibited substance in the world “Cyanide” and other dangerous substances like “Mercury” Acid nitric ...lead to a great crisis and destruction of the underground water which, itself, result the policy of displacement so as to make the population forget about their precious wealth Go back to 1996 when the population raised the same socio-economic rights in a peaceful road but exactly on March-10- 1996 the horrible intervention of the authorities (26 arrests and two women) against a poor peaceful community. The first of august 2011 was the day of the continuity on the road of the militants of 1996, Movement on the road of 96. The legitimacy of the population’s rights is based on the all national laws and international conventions as the population insist on the application of the law in all files (file of work, file of pollution, file of water and earth and file of health …)the only way to find a satisfied solution for every concerned party, in which nobody will be blamed, this will just be a partial compensation and equity for the population because of all the damages and depletion of natural and mineral resources, caused by the Metallurgical Society of Imider (SMI) during 45 years of massive exploitation.
Dans un précédent en son genre, le
gouverneur de TINGHIR « LAHCEN AGHJDAM » et le Président du Département TINGHIR "ATCHAN", on venu a la place du Sit-in d’Imider « ALEBBAN » aujourd’hui à seize heures(16 :00) de l'après-midi dans une brève visite qui a durée moins d'une minute, ... il n’a pas même descendu de sa voiture 4*4 et sans aucun contact avec les manifestants, mais il a seulement fait un tour a ALEBBAN, et il a quitté la place directement…

Dans sa route de retour, il a rencontré un groupe de femmes militantes dans leur chemin vers les villages, c’est en ce temps que la cassette du « Makhzen » s’est démarrer ...

Pendant la rencontre imprévue du gouverneur avec les militantes du Mouvement sur la voie de 96, il a souligné que le fait de continuer les protestations et le Sit-in ouvert sur le mont "ALBBAN" n’engendra rien pour la population ! ...





Après avoir entendu les réponses et les interrogations des militante courageuses a propos des droits violés et piétinés des habitants de la commune, le gouverneur a accusé les manifestants et a déclaré que ces derniers ont refusé ces droit a plusieurs occasions, de plus, il a ajouté qu’un groupe de manifestants en Sit-in sont là (Sit-in) pour bloquer et empêcher la résolution de cette cause, et que les formes de protestations menées par le Mouvement, telles les marches massives de protestation, sont considérés comme étant un offense pour le roi, ... il a aussi, pendant son discours, menacé de rompre le Sit-in bientôt!



Menace… Accusation… En fin, il a laissé cette langue usuelle de menace et de répression pour convoquer par la suite ce groupe de militantes a venir au siège de la province demain après-midi, en leur donnant le promet de se charger de leur transport et de répondre immédiatement à leurs revendications!



En fait, les réponses des militantes aux déclarations du gouverneur étaient raisonnables et logiques, par conséquent, il les a décrit des obstinées et il les a laissé au pied de ALEBBAN après 15 min environ de discussion à ce sujet!
